A labyrinth has viz. One way (and very similar to a spiral), which one is automatically guided to the endpoint. It is taking the road so as important as, if not more important than, reaching the goal.
The labyrinth would reflect the life, whenever they intend to achieve life appears to take a different direction to the target. So there is need perseverance to reach the goal.
Many medieval churches, including the famous labyrinth of Chartres Cathedral, have incorporated a labyrinth in the floor tiles.
